Do I need an account to try it?

You need a free account, but not a card. Signing up gives you starter credits: a text design costs 1 credit, a design from a photo 2.

Do credits expire?

Credit packs never expire — buy once, use them in two years if you like. Plan credits arrive every month, annual plans included, and each month's credits expire when the next month's arrive.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account. You keep the plan until the period you already paid for ends, and nothing is charged after that. There are no weekly plans, on purpose.

What happens if I run out mid-month?

Buy a credit pack — pack credits never expire and are used alongside your plan. To move to a bigger plan, change it from your billing page.

Can my tattoo artist use the file?

Yes. Download the design as a PNG, or run it through the stencil maker to get clean black linework to print onto transfer paper. Every subscription, and the Artist and Big packs, include a commercial licence.

Is the design mine?

Yours. Nothing you generate is published, shown in a public gallery, or used to train anything.

Which plan should I pick?

If you are planning one tattoo, a credit pack or Ink is enough. If you are iterating on several ideas, Ink Pro costs less per design. Studio is for artists drawing for clients every week.

Can I get a refund?

If something is wrong, email us within 14 days and we will sort it out. Credits already spent on generations cannot be refunded, but we would rather fix the problem than argue about it.
