These terms cover your use of TattooGenerator at tattoogenerator.ink. By using the site you accept them.
What the service is
TattooGenerator turns a written description or an uploaded photo into tattoo designs, previews them on skin, and exports print-ready stencils. It is a design tool. It is not a tattoo artist, and it does not give medical advice.
Accounts
You can use the free runs without an account. To save designs you need one. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
You must be at least 16 to hold an account.
Who owns the designs
You own the designs you generate. We claim no ownership over your output.
- On a paid plan, this includes a commercial licence: tattoo it, have an artist tattoo it, print it, sell the tattoo work.
- On the free tier, designs carry a watermark and are for personal use while you decide.
- Your designs are private. We do not publish them, display them, or use them to train models.
You keep the rights to anything you upload. By uploading, you give us only the permission needed to process it and give you the result back.
What you may not do
- Upload photos of someone else without their permission
- Generate designs of real people in a way that would deceive or harm them
- Generate hateful symbols, or content that is sexual and involves minors
- Resell access to the generator itself, or scrape it
- Try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
We can suspend an account that does these things, without a refund.
About the output
AI image generation is probabilistic. Two runs from the same prompt give different results, and a result may not match your description. That is why we give three free runs before asking for money.
Check the design before it goes on skin. Measure it. Show it to your artist. A tattoo is permanent and we are not liable for one you get.
Designs are generated from a model trained on large image datasets. We cannot guarantee an output does not resemble existing artwork. If you intend commercial use, it is on you to do your own check.
Paying
Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time from your account. Credits bought in a pack never expire. Subscription credits arrive monthly and roll over for 60 days.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Availability
We aim to keep the service up but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change or retire features. If we retire something you paid for, we will refund the unused portion.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including any consequence of getting a tattoo.
Changes
We will update the date above when these terms change, and email account holders about anything significant.
