TattooGenerator (tattoogenerator.ink) is an AI tattoo design tool. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@tattoogenerator.ink and we will answer.
What we collect
If you never create an account, we store a random browser identifier so we can count your three free generations, plus the designs those runs produced. No name, no email.
If you create an account, we additionally store your email address, your display name, and — if you upload one — your avatar. Passwords are stored only as a hash; we never see the password itself.
Things you make. The text you type, the style and placement you choose, the photos you upload to the image tools, and the designs the model returns.
Payments. If you buy anything, the payment is handled by our payment provider. Card numbers never reach our servers. We keep the order record, the amount, and the plan.
Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, used to keep the service running and to spot abuse.
Your photos and designs
- Photos you upload for the try-on, stencil, cover-up and filler tools are used only to produce your result.
- Nothing you generate is published. There is no public gallery. Your designs are visible to you and to nobody else.
- We do not use your uploads or your designs to train any model.
- Uploaded source photos are deleted from our storage within 30 days. Your finished designs stay in your account until you delete them or close the account.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We pass the minimum necessary to the services that make the product work:

Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember your language, and to count free generations for signed-out visitors. We do not run advertising cookies.
How long we keep things
- Anonymous generation records: 12 months
- Account data and designs: until you delete them or close your account
- Uploaded source photos: 30 days
- Order and invoice records: as long as tax law requires
Your rights
You can ask us to show you your data, correct it, export it, or delete it — including closing your account and everything in it. Email hello@tattoogenerator.ink and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, this is your GDPR right of access, rectification, portability and erasure; if you are in California, it is your CCPA right to know and delete.
Children
TattooGenerator is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and for anything significant we will email account holders.
